McColl brings her extensive knowledge of the poem's history to her new publication Twas The Night - The Art and History of the Classic Christmas Poem, McColl studied art and history and went on to do graduate work in cultural history before working as a corporate art consultant for twenty years. From there she launched an art and book publication company in 1997.  

She is a collector of the poem Twas The Night Before Christmas.

However, no evidence has surfaced that would prove beyond doubt that he is indeed "The Poet of Christmas Eve".  Pamela McColl is available for interviews in celebration of the poem's bicentennial to discuss the poem's history, the life and biography of Clement Clarke Moore and the publishers and illustrators of the poem and to discuss the growth of the poem's popularity.  She is also a collector of the poem and can speak to other collections and valuations of specific editions.
